1. Download `Alert Me.zip`
2. Unzip
3. Upload `Alert Me` directory to your `/wp-content/plugins` directory
4. Go to the plugin management page and enable the plugin
5. Configure the options from the `Tools/Alert Me!` page

This is a set-it-and-forget-it tool, seriously! Simply select the page/post you would like Alert Me! to appear on, and move onto other things.
